Why Hope Ridge
Better Together has been presented with an extraordinary opportunity to purchase the former House of Hope campus — a beautiful 40-acre property in Traverse City.
Because the current owners believe deeply in Better Together's mission, they have chosen to offer the property for $2 million — half of its $4 million appraised value.
This remarkable opportunity gives our community the chance to create something that has long been needed: a place where adults living with disabilities and their families can find connection, opportunity, and hope for generations to come.
Our full $3 million campaign goal reaches beyond the purchase price alone. It also provides the resources needed to support ongoing operations — facility updates, infrastructure, staffing, and the development of new and expanded programs — so Hope Ridge can serve our community well into the future.
