We're Officially Under Contract on Hope Ridge!

Big news: Better Together is officially under contract on Hope Ridge, a huge step toward bringing us home for good. We also received $11,000 in new donations this past week, and our official activity club open date at Hope Ridge will be November 1.

Thank you to every donor, pledger, volunteer, and friend who made this possible. There's a long and exciting road ahead toward our $3 million goal, and we're building it together. Give or pledge here.

We Knocked Our $50,000 Goal Out of the Park!

After the Tousley event, we've secured $33,680 raised at the event and $61,000 in additional commitments, for $94,680 total. An additional ongoing pledge of $80,000 brings our total commitments to $174,680, and the number is still growing.

Thursday reminded us that we're not building this future alone. Thank you to everyone who attended, gave, pledged, and brought so much heart to the evening. We're already over 10% of the way to $3 million, and we're just getting started! There's still time to give.

A $50,000 Stretch Goal to Cross the Finish Line

Thanks to you, we reached our $200,000 down payment goal and are moving forward with the purchase, with an October 1 move-in in sight. Closing costs, taxes, and immediate building needs came in higher than expected, so we're asking our community for $50,000 by September 30 to get us over the line.

We Made Our $200,000 Down Payment Goal!

It was a big week of packing, moving, and excitement. We're officially out of Business Park Drive, our original clubhouse where we grew our wings, and everything from Business Park Drive is now at Hope Ridge. We're so grateful for what that space meant to us.

We also secured the $200,000 down payment on our new home at 55 Hope Ridge, thanks to our friends, families, donors, volunteers, and board. Next up is our capital campaign to raise the remaining $2.8 million. It's a big number, but this community deserves it.

Gaining Momentum Toward Securing Hope Ridge

We're now just $25,000 away from our $200,000 down payment goal, with just under two weeks to go, and we truly believe we can get there.

This is about so much more than a building. It's a place where people living with disabilities can build friendships, find belonging, enjoy the arts and recreation, and connect with their families and community. To everyone who has given, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Every gift brings us one step closer.

Dreaming Together at Hope Ridge

We hosted an information session at the campus for Better Together families, caregivers, members, and friends, and it was a joy to dream alongside the people who make this organization so special. We're in the final stretch of securing the property, with significant commitments in place and about $65,000 to go.
